26 October 2019, Quezon City, Philippines—UP-CIFAL Philippines conducted a workshop on sustainable development goals (SDGs) for 23 staff members of Quezon City Public Employment Service Office (QC PESO).

Christine Sanchez, project officer for SDGs of UP-CIFAL Philippines, introduced the 17 global goals and how they relate to the participants’ work, particularly SDG 8: decent work and economic growth.

For the workshop, the participants formed small groups and presented their existing or proposed projects, along with related SDGs, target stakeholders, and partner institutions.
