Science and Technology Application in Rural Development (STARDev)
The project of the DOST-Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAPI) provides technical and financial assistance for the implementation/establishment of technology-based projects using the DOST and other S&T community-developed technologies that can be utilized by communities for livelihood projects.

The expected output of the project is to increase accessibility of viable technologies especially for the establishment of livelihood projects in the rural areas or marginalized communities.
