Conduct of Conferences, Fora, or Consultation Workshops Relative to the implementation of SDG 5: Gender Equality

These gatherings of development partners shall showcase the accomplishments, renew commitments and strengthen implementation of policies and programs aimed to realize the targets under Goal 5 on Gender Equality and the other gender-related outcomes across all goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The conduct of these activities are also in line with the country’s international and national commitments, such as the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), Beijing Platform for Action (BPfA), ASEAN Vision 2025, Philippine Development Plan 2017-2022, and GEWE Plan 2019-2025.
