Clark International Airport Expansion Project – Procurement of the EPC (with BCDA as budgeting agency)
This project of the DOTr/BCDA involves the development and construction of a new 82,600 square meter (sqm) Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) of the CIA and the installation of all the required equipment, machineries and associated facilities to support the operations of the new PTB and its integration with the existing PTB.
The project has a design capacity of 8 million passengers per annum.
The Project scope also includes the following works needed to ensure the smooth operation of the New PTB within the airport system:
a. Construction of airside facilities including apron, taxiway and shoulder surface c/o DOTr; and
b. Construction of landside facilities including the main access road, passenger car park, taxi buffer and bus station c/o BCDA.
