Package of services and mechanisms developed and implemented by government and its social partners to facilitate the productive return of the OFWs to their families and communities upon their completion of overseas employment.

Implementing Agency: 

Target Beneficiaries: 100,658 OFW-returnees

Key accomplishments: 114,218 OFW-returnees provided with livelihood assistance and 118,608 OFW-returnees provided with training
